With active projects unveiling all over Central Wisconsin communities such as Mosinee, Sturgeon Bay, Spencer, and Athens, S.C. Swiderski, LLC has been partnering with JSD on countless projects, mostly revolving around multi-family residential housing.  These developments range in size from 30 to more than 500 units and in sizes from a studio up to three bedrooms.

JSD took the lead on many of these projects, providing a variety of services including site evaluation, land surveying, providing construction documents, public water and sewer utility plans, stormwater management, permit preparation and construction staking.

JSD has partnered with Swiderski on a variety of residential projects in locations including: Sturgeon Bay, Weston, Eagle River, Whiting, Athens, Plover, Spencer, Black River Falls, Oshkosh, Shawano, Stanley, Merrill, Waupaca.
