JSD joined a large design team taking over a former well-known Pumpkin Patch in Sun Prairie, WI as it transitions into a large-format retail space off Hwy 151 near Prairie Lakes Shopping Center.

With Hyvee as a future anchor tenant on the site, our team took the lead on site engineering, landscape architecture and construction services for the new Valvoline store across the street just entering the construction phase. JSD is also designing the site for the next-door multi-family development that is quickly taking shape.
