JSD is moving heavily into industrial developments as our team provided a wide range of services for the new eight-acre Global Schoolwear facility in Oak Creek, WI.

The company is a distributor and licensee of school uniforms under the Tommy Hilfiger brand and assists K-12 schools all over the world in choosing uniforms based upon a school’s colors, styles and more. JSD led the way on surveying, including a boundary and topographic survey, as well as a tree survey and construction staking. Our team also provided civil design services with a site and utility plan, a grading and drainage plan and an erosion control plan. JSD’s landscape architects took the lead on softscape elements, and lastly, our design team helped with permit applications and construction administration.
