JSD is thrilled to be part of the design team for the Broadacre Multi-Family development on W. Ryan Road in Oak Creek, WI. With its extensive focus on nature and incredibly unique family-friendly amenities, the 118 apartments/townhomes will fill quickly!

Our team carried out civil engineering, landscape architecture, construction services as well as consulting and sub consultant coordination. Working alongside Altius Building Company, JSD is paying special attention to designing family-friendly amenities with a focus on nature including: an expansive outdoor area with dog park, a playground, interactive cascading water steps, community gardens and kitchen area, a patio, pickleball courts, a walking path, and fire pit/grilling area. Plans are also in the mix for heated underground parking, a rooftop plaza and solar system as well as electric car charging stations. We look forward to their 2023 opening!
