I could not be more thrilled to share the excitement of JSD celebrating our 25^th year in business! We will be moving this August to our new headquarter office in Sugar Creek Commons just down the street in Verona.

Not only are we proud to have a new office, but this location is also one of our prized projects, with two current mixed-use buildings offering Verona some of its newest multi-family options, while also introducing beautiful commercial space for businesses interested in making the move to this community! The third residential building will bring 141 brand new units by April 2024!
