Delafield Family Dental is currently moving to a new state-of-the-art facility only 5 minutes away from their current location. The staff proudly serves residents from Milwaukee to Madison – and beyond, offering a comprehensive range of services to cater to patients of every age.

JSD provided an ALTA/NSPS land title survey (ALTA) wth topography for the project. Our team also prepared civil design plans including a site plan, grading and drainage plan, utility plan, and an erosion control plan. This included preparing a landscape plan comprised of “softscape” elements, as well as a stormwater management plan addressing water quality, quantity, and infiltration. This site was especially challenging as the existing conditions of water removal on the land needed extensive attention for better infiltration.
