Jason’s Deli is a fast casual delicatessen restaurant chain headquartered in Beaumont, Texas, that features piled-high sandwiches, a salad bar and health conscious fare.

JSD provided professional consulting services to CBL Properties for the construction of Jason’s Deli, a standalone restaurant at West Towne Mall in Madison, Wisconsin. JSD administered real estate land division for the Deli and one additional restaurant on two separate parcels administered via an approved Certified Survey Map.

Professional services provided included survey, civil engineering, planning, and landscape architecture and all site design for project permitting. The site included a drive-thru that required significant City Planning coordination for approval.

Additionally, on behalf of the owner and national operator, the JSD Team spearheaded the coordination and submittal of the required land use entitlements and permits with the City of Madison and the State of Wisconsin.
