Founded in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin over 90 years ago, Schwarz Insurance has grown to be one of Wisconsin’s leading independent insurance agencies with seven locations throughout the state and over $100 million in premiums.

JSD teamed up with Schwarz Insurance to build their new office building in Prairie du Sac, with the scope of work including extensive civil engineering and site design. A large focus was placed on a stormwater management plan and a bioretention basin for stormwater runoff. Site development included mass grading for the single building, as well as an erosion control plan.
