The Meriter Data Center is one of 129 hospitals to voluntarily report clinical data into the Wisconsin Hospital Association’s CheckPoint Website. The center surveys the experiences of patients, families, physicians, and employees that are gathered at UnityPoint Health – Meriter, helping to improve service.

Located in the Novation Campus on Madison’s near south side, the center is an 84,000 square-foot, state of the art building suited for medical technical services.

JSD provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, and land surveying services. Design services included a demolition plan for existing utilities and out-buildings; a grading and erosion control plan; a landscape plan; and a utility plan, including sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer. JSD also submitted and obtained approvals for erosion control, stormwater management, and site utilities.
As part of the survey services, JSD prepared an ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey and an existing conditions survey and map. After the Certificate of Occupancy was issued, JSD collected survey data and prepared record drawings.
