The Comfort Inn & Suites hotel located in Landmark Place in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin is the village’s first hotel. As a five-story, 82-room hotel, this project provides new opportunities for hospitality, tourism and visitor options for Cottage Grove’s local market economy.

JSD provided site design, civil, survey and landscape architecture services for the development with professional consulting services including survey mapping, civil engineering, landscape architecture, entitlements, permitting and construction services.

Amenities in the hotel include an indoor pool, fitness room, meeting room, breakfast area and an outdoor space.
