These brand-new class A industrial buildings are located in the city of Madison’s Center for Industry & Commerce business park. Both state-of the-art buildings are approximately 122,000 square feet and built-to-suit for warehouse/distribution, manufacturing, assembly, and R&D uses.

JSD’s team took the lead on land surveying, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and construction services. Our team also served as the lead for the project entitlement process, assisting the full design team in preparing/submitting needed applications to the appropriate reviewing agencies. Our work included project coordination and meetings, construction documentation, a stormwater management plan, utility plans, landscape plans, grading/earthwork analysis, an erosion control plan as well as construction administration.
