Developed and managed by Interstate Partners and Red Sky Partners, Breeze Terrace Apartments is one of the newest multi-family developments in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Breeze Terrace is a great place to enjoy Pleasant Prairie’s spectacular attractions, minutes away, which include Prairie Springs Park, the beautiful Lake Andrea, the RecPlex Fitness Center and shopping at the state’s largest outlet mall. JSD was proud to have provided complete civil engineering, landscape design and surveying services for these living spaces, which offer an abundance of green space and all the modern features and amenities desired for one and two-bedroom apartments.

From initial due diligence and entitlement work all the way through design, construction layout and project closeout, JSD was able to assist Breeze Terrace from start to finish on their project. Surveying consisted of initial boundary and topographic maps, easement documents and exhibits, construction staking, project closeout and as-builts. Civil engineering plans included site layout, public and private utility design, and a stormwater management plan addressing water quality and quantity. In addition, JSD helped provide a detailed landscape design enhancing green space and other natural amenities.

Breeze Terrace Apartments lies adjacent to the Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlet Center for which JSD staff also provided engineering and surveying services since its first phase in 1990!
