Beef-a-Roo, known for its roast beef sandwiches and cheddar fries, is a mid-west chain restaurant with 17 restaurants throughout the Midwest. With the intent to build 10 new stores nationwide, JSD was brought on to provide civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the proposed new developments.

Services included providing plans for demolition, site layout, grading/drainage, erosion control, utilities, and landscape/softscape design. JSD also provided permits and construction drawings as well as construction services with bidding assistance and shop drawing reviews.
