The City of Baraboo was advised by their community and others to consider building two fire and EMS stations. The decision was made to unveil a west side building to serve as a main location and an east side satellite station with smaller accommodations. This move was largely due to the projected housing growth within the city.

JSD provided engineering and landscape architecture services for the proposed developments. The projects follow the concept plan review, land division (by others), and site plan review municipal entitlement process for approvals. Each project developed at the same time in design and construction.
