Banbury Heights is a single-family subdivision that connects the surrounding neighborhoods to the Windsor Crossing development. The subdivision is bordered by multiple expanding neighborhoods to the west and south, multi-family housing to the east, and a conservancy area to the north. The Village of Windsor’s goal is to create Windsor Crossing as the future “town center” which will also contribute to the value of the Banbury Heights homes.

JSD provided civil engineering and surveying services to prepare the overall site preliminary and final plans for the development. The project unveiled in three phases, each requiring separate approval, contracting and construction. Final approval of plans was obtained from the client, the Village of Windsor, Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District, Dane County, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and with other local, county and state agencies obtained in coordination with the owner. JSD also provided construction administration and observation services.
