As Pewaukee’s newest hotel, Avid is conveniently located right off Interstate 94 and known for its all-around breakfast along with 24-hour access to it’s market, gym facilities, and technology support!

JSD took the lead on land surveying, civil engineering/site design, landscape architecture and construction staking. Tasks included plans on existing rights-of-way, easements, pavements, structures, utilities, drainage facilities, lot lines and natural land features. JSD also provided utility system plans, including sanitary sewer, storm drainage, water distribution, and phone/gas/electric plans. In addition, a landscaping plan was designed for exterior plantings.
